If you've been on one of our escapes, plan on coming to a future one, or simply want to workout and drink wine, join Sonja at Next Phase Arlington Sunday May 20th at 12:30pm!
We will start off with 25 minutes of HIIT (High Intensity Interval training), followed by 15 mins of tightening, toning ab work. Then we'll head upstairs to the rooftop for some healthy snacks, wine, and social time!
